I always find random packets of pudding lying in my pantry, I make simple quick desserts with them.
Graham crackers mixed with melted butter, lightly packed to the bottom of the glass. Extra ripe bananas = sweeter = softer = buttery texture. Butterscotch pudding. Chilled.
2nd pudding dessert I made with caramelized McIntosh apples that I had to warm up to soften them, kind of like an apple sauce (I had to add some water to keep them moist, then brown sugar and cinnamon).
Let that cool, then added butterscotch pudding, and topped it off with more apples.
Vanilla pudding, I melted peanut butter and drizzled it on top, and did the same with dark chocolate.
Let it chill.
